Akex Song Goes To Training Stylishly Dressed

Stepping out in style
New West Ham midfielder and former Arsenal and Barcelona player, Alexander Song today posted a picture on Instagram dressing extravagantly. The Cameroonian, who made his debut against Liverpool last week, will be expected to make positive impression on the field just like he has done donning this spectacular outfit to training today. No Champions League-No Problem!

The UEFA Champions League is one of the most prestigious football competitions in the football calendar. It is one completion that attracts the best of top European footballers, and no wonder most players would accept pay cuts to move to a club that offers them an opportunity to participate regularly.

Summer before last, one player that almost fought his club to a standstill because they couldn’t offer him Champions League footballs was Luis Suarez who has now moved to Barcelona. The fact he wanted to move to another Premier League club, Arsenal to actualize his dream shows how important playing in the competition is to top players.

Chelsea FC may have signed Cesc Fabregas, but it is not difficult to know that his heart will always remain with the North London Club. It’s like having a woman whose heart is somewhere else right on your bed.

The former Barcelona midfielder could not hide his love for the Gunners as he was quoted in El Pais as saying: “I will always feel a Gunner and I know that I am going to return to [the Emirates Stadium] and I feel that it will be a special moment but I am committed.”

Real Madrid Sets New Revenue Earning Record

According to Forbes, Real Madrid has set a new revenue earning record by announcing it is financial results for the year 2013; declaring a revenue of $797 million, making them the highest revenue earner in the history of professional team sports.

The club won its 10th Champions’ League trophy in May when it defeated current La Liga Champions, Atletico Madrid. The club already boasts of icons like Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale.
