Saharareporters
have reported that former Military Head of State Ibrahim Babangida was rushed
to a German hospital 10 days ago from his hilltop mansion in Minna Niger State
following a ‘chronic back ailment.
The former military strongman, who
ruled Nigeria between 1985 and 1993 before he famously ‘stepped aside,’ had
earlier been operated by upon over similar problem.
A friend of the former dictator has however, downplayed the
severity of the ailment saying he is "getting better."
