Reverend Chris Okotie has reacted to a statement credited to
the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, in which the Christian body advised
him to manage his home and keep to biblical principles of one man, one wife
instead of attacking Oritsejafor.
The advice from CAN came on the heels of verbal attack in
which Okotie demanded for the resignation of the CAN president, Oritsejafor
over the alleged involvement of his aircraft in the controversial $9.3m
smuggled into South Africa by two Nigerians and an Israeli.
Okotie in his own reaction, said:
“I will not nobilitate such prosaic apologetic by a retort.
Socrates once said to a young man, ‘speak that I might see thee.’ Now that CAN
has spoken, even team Jonathan has spoken. Nigerians can now fully visualize
the portrait of complicit shrouded in duplicity. Truth is never out of kilter.
Hahaha!”
