An American Pit Bull Dog has been destroyed by the Police in Davaentry,
Northamptonshire, United Kingdom for mauling a six month-old baby girl, who
later died a result of the gruesome injuries she sustained during
the attack.
Under the 1991 Dangerous Dogs Act
of Britain, ownership of any breed listed for fear of public safety, such as
the one that attacked the little girl was prohibited from being brought to into
the country.
