Go For ‘Psychiatric Test,’ Okupe Tells Critics Of President Jonathan

Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs to President Goodluck Jonathan, Dr Doyin Okupe, has advised critics of the President to go for psychiatric test.

Okupe said this on Wednesday while reacting to comments made by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, who was reacting to attacks made by members of Islamic group, Boko Haram.

Atiku had in an international press conference blamed the government for the security situation in the North.

Boko Haram Renames Captured Town

Islamic sect, Boko Haram has renamed captured Adamawa town as Madinatul Islam, which is translated in English as city of Islam.

Mubi was captured recently by the terrorist group who have killed thousands of people in Northern Nigeria since 2012.

During a telephone conversation with journalists, Aliyu Bala, a resident, who could not leave Mubi at the time of the invasion of the town by the insurgents, said the sect has taken complete control of the town.
