The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Privatisation, Sen
Gbenga Obadara embarrassed journalists who covered the official visit of the Committee
to the Kano Electricity Distribution Company last Wednesday when they were
searched for a missing phone.
The phone, which belonged to the Committee Chairman, got
missing shortly after Sen Obadara addressed newsmen at the company’s
headquarters. The Senator raised an alarm that his phone was stolen at the
conference hall of the company, venue of the briefing.
